Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Items must be returned in their original condition, without damage, and with original packaging (if applicable).

Made-to-order / customized items (special sizes, colors, or custom specifications) are non-returnable. Exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or return based on the case.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return/exchange shipping costs unless the issue is a defect or shipping damage.

For online payments, refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the same payment method used for the purchase, according to the payment provider’s timelines.
